Getting Started?

    • Post-rehab clients: transitioning from PT to full functional strength and alignment

Results & Expectations

  • Most clients notice:

    • Immediate: reduced tension and smoother movement

    • Short‑term (2–6 weeks): improved mobility and fewer flare‑ups

    • Long‑term (6+ weeks): stronger, more efficient movement patterns

Everyone responds differently, and results build with consistency.

  • Frequency depends on your goals, training history, and current condition. Some clients come weekly, while others attend biweekly or follow structured programs. We’ll make a clear recommendation after your consultation.
