Policies

At Fit By All Means LLC, we are committed to delivering a high-touch, professional performance therapy and training experience. The following policies are designed to ensure clarity, consistency, and respect for both clients and practitioners.

By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s scheduled time.

Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as package payments.

Refunds & Package Policy

  • All sales (single sessions, packages, and programs) are non-refundable.

  • Each package includes a defined usage window designed to support consistency and measurable progress:

    • Starter (5 sessions): 3-month expiration

    • Core (10 sessions): 6-month expiration

    • Premium (25 sessions): 12-month expiration

    • Elite (50 sessions): 18-month expiration

  • Packages may be shared with immediate family members or close friends upon request.

  • Sessions not used within the applicable expiration period will be forfeited.

Insurance & Medical Disclaimer

  • We do not bill insurance. Some clients may be eligible to use HSA/FSA funds — please check with your provider.

  • Services provided are not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

  • If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician before beginning any new training or therapy program.

Virtual Sessions

  • Virtual sessions (FaceTime or Zoom) follow the same cancellation and package policies as in-person sessions.

  • Clients are responsible for having a safe workout space and a stable internet connection.

  • Please log in a few minutes early to ensure your session starts on time.

Privacy

  • Your privacy is important to us. Any personal or health information you share is kept confidential and will never be shared without your consent, except where required by law.

Gift Cards & Corporate Packages

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase.

  • Corporate wellness packages may be customized and are subject to separate terms and agreements.

Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive on time and ready to move.

  • Clean workout attire is required; barefoot or minimalist shoes are recommended.

  • Lockers, towels, and a shower facilities are available for your convenience.

Safety & Liability Waiver

  • Participation in any session is at your own risk.

  • By booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree to release Fit By All Means LLC from any liability related to injury or illness, except where prohibited by law.

  • A separate liability waiver may be required prior to participitation.

Media & Content Release

  • From time to time, photos or videos may be captured during sessions for educational, training, or marketing purposes.

  • Client participation is always optional.

  • No media will be used without your explicit written consent via a Media Release Form.

  • Consent may be revoked at any time in writing and will be honored moving forward.
