Joint Care System

A structured system for improving joint organization, movement quality, and performance.

The Joint Care System is a structured, performance-informed framework focused on how the body organizes movement, joint relationships, and mechanical efficiency.

The system is adaptable for athletes, individuals managing movement limitations, and those seeking improved alignment, mobility, and structural awareness.

The Joint Care System is applied through three primary service approaches, selected and combined based on individual needs.

Movement Optimization

A biomechanics- and fascia-informed approach used to identify inefficient movement strategies and joint relationships, supporting better organization of movement through assessment and integration.

Spinal Decompression

A method developed by Dr. Guy Voyer that uses precise postures to support joint space, spinal organization, and postural awareness through controlled positioning.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

A guided approach focused on improving joint relationships, tissue glide, and movement awareness through assisted positioning and tension regulation.

From individual sessions to structured plans, our programs apply the Joint Care System across different goals, contexts, and movement needs.
